Hi there, I bought your book from Kindle and am enjoying it a lot so far (I’m about a third of the way through). Some questions:1) What was John Leslie like to work with behind the scenes? He was my favourite actor. 2) Did you enjoy the movie Boogie Nights? Was it fairly accurate?3) What is the future of porn, given the rampant piracy on the web?
